This training includes pre-training mobilization, business lectures, discussions and summary speeches of company leaders. In professional lectures, Huang Canhua,the company's chief engineer, explained the basic knowledge of civil airports from the classification and function division of civil airports, the basic elements of flying zones and other aspects, and pointed out the direction and requirements for the future knowledge reserve of new employees.
Chen Tianzhi, deputy general manager of the company, makes theoretical analysis of relevant contents of overseas market development from three modules: main business, market development plan and performance, organizational structure and personnel allocation. In particular, according to the data of world civil aviation industry from 1996 to 2017, he analyzes the company's goals and positioning along the "the Belt and Road" strategy. Yue Juan, general manager of the company, explained the management and practice of overseas projects. Finally, Xiao Shujun, manager of the company's general management department, briefly introduced the company's personnel system, staff office discipline and code of conduct, compensation and welfare, reward and punishment regulations, loan, business trip, reimbursement process, safety education management and other regulations closely related to work, and answered questions for new employees.

Finally, manager li put forward three requirements for new employees:
